Assurance intelligence
Evidence into confidence.
Inspection and audit platforms record that a check happened. INSPECTIVIA records what the evidence actually supports — and states, in the same breath, what remains unknown.
Alexandria — cold store · ISO 22000 · internal audit
Not sufficient to sign. The floor is 70 with a margin no wider than 10. The margin here is driven mainly by clause 8.9.2, which has no evidence at all, and a calibration certificate that passed its validity date. Closing the first would reduce the margin by roughly 36 points.
A score without its margin is an opinion
Most platforms show a single reassuring number. It does not tell you that four records expired last month, that two sources disagree about the same door seal, or that one clause has no evidence at all. Every figure here carries the uncertainty around it — on screen, in the report, on the certificate, in the API.
CAPTURE
Evidence, not paperwork
Photographs, voice notes, sensor readings, documents and certificates — recorded with their provenance fixed at the moment of capture. Nothing can be edited or deleted afterwards. A correction creates a new record and both survive.
RELATE
Contradictions surface
Observations are connected to one another. When two sources disagree about the same thing, the platform says so instead of quietly preferring the convenient one. Disagreement is a fact about the site, not an error in the system.
CONCLUDE
A named person signs
Nothing is concluded automatically. Sign-off needs 70 or above with a margin no wider than 10, no open major nonconformities, and an explicit acceptance of what remains uncertain.
Six states, one vocabulary
Every observation carries a state, and each one moves the score and the margin differently. A clause with no evidence is not skipped — it widens the margin. That is the difference between this and a checklist.
The Assurance Network
Beyond managing your own audits, INSPECTIVIA connects the organisations that need assurance with the people qualified to provide it — governed by verified competence and declared independence, not by lowest price.
- Define
- Describe the requirement, and the platform helps structure it correctly — including telling you when you have asked for the wrong service.
- Discover
- Qualified providers appear according to competence, sector, geography, language and declared independence.
- Compare
- Proposals arrive in a standard shape, so scope and competence are comparable rather than only price.
- Deliver
- The engagement runs inside the platform, and the evidence it produces stays connected to the conclusion it supports.
